There's really no excuse for non-participation. Each of you have computer access somewhere. Max is complex and there are lots of people involved. This is the most efficient means of communication possible for Max's team.....IF THERE IS FULL PARTICIPATION. Your non-participation will be noted.
YOUR POSTS are welcome too! In fact, they are essential. Get over your inertia, reluctance, or excuses. Incorporate reading and posting into your daily routine. In 90 days we can evaluate whether this is too time-consuming, not worth it, not helpful, too much to ask. But PLEASE be a full participant for the next 90 days so we can see if, in fact, it is the best way to go.
Obviously I think it is but I've been disappointed and frustrated with the non-use so far. Let's give it another try.
HI all thanks to anyone reviewing and posting. Something to keep in mind, Gayla, is that we cannot access FB From work stations due to network block. It is still possible to post using smartphone but that may limit some team members. When I return I'd like to have team mtg for all members with mom so we can discuss expectations and brainstorm additional activities for the Summer months. Max is doing well and we want to keep this momentum. Nancy
ReplyDeleteI don't care whether it is facebook or this blog - I just want it to be a cross-team communication platform used by all, daily. Maybe that's unrealistic. I plan to be in Juneau May 7 (Monday) so maybe we can meet? Got Max's "licence" today.
